Difficult to get started
So far, trying to figure out how to get the access code. No phone number for anyone to contact at the company and I have emailed them 4 times with no response. I am excited to try it but when they don't have support, may need to look at another product!
Rubbish
Buggy app. Cant even set the app up without an error which does not allow you to back out of the error message. You have to delete the app and reinstall it. Despite my best attempts the app refuses to acknowledge the 10 digit number (yes....no spaces, dashes, etc) and keeps informing me of illegal characters. Terrible instructions, no web support except for vague FAQs referencing different tracking aps. One cannot even log onto the demo account with the credentials supplied. The link to their support tickets goes to a web designer, and their phone support is merely an answering service. There are better options out there for less money and NO subsciption fee.

You can't go wrong. The accuracy is excellent and my field reps find it very easy to use. They actually like it because it saves them time. You will too!
