Forgotten username and password
Forgotten user name and password for my tracker how do I reset it an connect it to my tracker app again can someone help please 🙌🏼

One point for improvement, could alerts be set so that if two items come within a custom set distance of one another a text would be sent?

Poor position
New application is OK, working well but tracking device new ‘’premium” no even close to quality reading real position to device I bought several years ago- Gotek Gl200 if you like to see as your tracker positions are jumping in radius even 100meters without been moved-silly pattern of many positions, very good for Gotek but not for customer-it’s for you if you don’t have nothing against that!

Recent issues
This app had performed excellently in the past but within the last few days it has frozen repeatedly. It would not allow me to select and view details/locations of a particular tracker. Closing the app and re-opening it did not solve the issue. After numerous attempts at this I was forced to delete the app and reinstall it in hopes it would fix the issue. Doing so fixed the issue for a day if that but it started again making me have to delete it and reinstall it once again. Thinking this newest update has brought about some issues. Definite issue here.....
