About

Advanced Machine Learning algorithms running on your Apple Watch detect and track exercises done. No user input required. We connect with Apple Health to read and write workout data. The app uses the fitness sensors on your Apple Watch to automatically detect and track exercises. When you use the Apple Watch app for the first time, a popup will appear asking for permission to read and write data to Apple Health. This is required for proper functioning of the app. You can use the Apple Watch app as a complete gym notebook. Auto-Tracking of workouts works with a limited set of exercises, however you can manually from a huge range of 300+ exercises with just a few taps on your Apple watch, to track your entire gym session. Currently auto-tracking of workouts works with upper body moves including: Jumping Jacks Punches Bicep Curls Shoulder Press Lateral Raise Front Raise Upright Rows Tricep Kickbacks Bentover Rows Tricep Extensions Squats More exercises coming soon!
