No Support and App will not connect with Device

I'm able to login to the app but the app shows my device is offline. I have no troubles communicating to my Rf-v16 and communicating with it through Google Maps. My device is also showing offline gps123.org which is totally separate from the app.

No web, phone or email support for this app. In my opinion it should be removed from the App Store altogether.
