Найгірший логбук сервіс яким я будь-коли користувався. Додзвонитись на лінію технічного відділу неможливо очікування 2-3 години. Компетенція персоналу теж не викликає захоплення для вирішення проблем переключають з лінії на лінію але це нічого не змінює.
