So I notice an app charges me out of the blue one day I go to subscriptions, and omg guess what I see? A renewed subscription for you guys! Fine I got my money back but it gets weird. The subscription is still showing active and it's been expiring since January 2026. I need you guys to tell me what to do because right now I feel like this situation is hurting more than helping me. Thanks

So sorry to hear you ran into that, and that's definitely not normal. All subscriptions to our app are handled by the App Store, including cancellations, so please double-check that the subscription is listed as cancelled in your App Store account as we do not want you charged for anything you do not want. App disappears and no support
there is no way to contact support for this app that is listed in the App Store. Hence, this is extremely negative review from me
I hope the developer sees this negative review and contacts me I still want to solve this problem.

Great App
I made the mistake of downloading Proxyman to get around CDN Cloudflare censureship of me trying to use pcloud for storage.
It appears that when Proxyman was active the trackers that were normally blocked by disconnect DNS become apparent.
I removed Proxyman as had 521 trackers and google DNS show up. It appears the strict setting of disconnect DNS is doing a lot!!!
Can’t use many apps with Privacy DNS on

I have the app on 15.0 - so clearly it worked some time ago, then YOU RAISED artificially the minimum iOS to 15.5

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the technology that allows our Privacy DNS app to work is not available in older versions of iOS. However, we do offer several other apps that work on older versions of iOS: Do Not Track needs iOS 13.0 or later, and both Privacy Pro SmartVPN and Disconnect Premium VPN need iOS 11.2 or later.
