It won’t work
This app is incredibly frustrating. I am writing this with hopes that a developer or anyone who supports the application will reach out. Trackman works perfectly on my phone and I’ve seen people at my simulator club have success with this app. I am on the WiFi but it always skips over the camera and goes to a dark screen. I’ve closed the app, deleted it, and tried everything you can think of. Is it me or is it the app? Please help

So frustrating
You’d think for how much trackmans cost that the camera would WORK consistently. When it works, it’s great. Most of the time it won’t work. Plus, their customer service is terrible.
Connection
Could not see video on phone, it just gave me a dark screen. Very frustrating.
Doesn’t save
Connected it to my range’s trackman but could not find any saved videos to study later. Incredibly upsetting
Doesn’t work
At the range twice recently and Trackman golf works fine on both my phone and the monitor they have, but the camera app just gives me a dark screen. I’m connected to the trackman wifi like it says, but when I switch back to the camera, it doesn’t show up as a location. So basically a useless app.
