If installed correctly definitely a good tracker to use. It honestly gets the job done.
FIX THIS DAMN APP
The whole point of a tracking app is to track, have exact locations of your vehicles but no it can’t even do that. Worst app ever I will not be using that no more for my fleet and I will be letting my business buddy’s to not use this app. Ridiculous

Stranded for hours due to connectivity issues 😒
Simple device, when it works it’s a peace of mind. Yet the 2/5 rating is in reflection to my terrible experience not once but 3 times so far in the year+ I’ve owned this device.
I too purchased thru JDI, and have no quarrels with them. Trackmate on the other hand needs some updates. For your entire network to be down regularly without notice is absurd. It’s almost criminal how my car gets taken hostage due to connectivity issues preventing me from moving my vehicle.
Heads up, save the customer care numbers, when their sites down you don’t have access to such things.. (funny right).. but please be aware that this app can/will leave you stranded if your device thru JDI is active. There is nothing JDI can do besides send a email to TMGPS, in which nothing is ever communicated back besides their aware and working on it..( go figure 🧐)

Giving 5 stars to offset rating
As title says I want to offset the rating so companies that sell products using Trackmate are less affected. I use Jordan Distributors Ghost Lock for my Challenger which comes with a Trackmate device. App is decent and is able to accurately track my car and kill the fuel pump remotely. Notification features are a nice plus in case my car is getting towed.

New update is terrible
The new update does not allow to use the app at all. I cannot even contact the company to let them know. It has been three days so I cannot use the app. I have an iOS 18.2.
Please fix
New update doesn’t let you see anything vehicles moving, it just shows you where they are when you open the app. Once I choose which vehicle I want to see I need to keep reloading it to see it moving. It doesn’t constantly update on its own.
No auto refresh
Hi the last update was terrible you need to click on the bus and manually refresh.

Do not give them your credit card number!
I cancelled them 2 years ago and I still get charges from them for $200. They ignore me and I have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Doesn’t work properly
I turned on the notifications and switched it off . My notifications won’t stop coming for the ingniton alerts . I logged out and all and updated the app. Please fix the notifications!
Connection Issues
The app and the website are both horrible it’s always saying “processing your request took longer than expected, please try again later”. This is a major issue that need to get addressed as I have a fuel pump killswitch installed and can only be controlled through the app. What if I have the killswitch engage and the app goes down. Then I’m left stranded due to the app always going down

Went down randomly
It was perfect till today ,I had to go into work but it was not letting me access it ,and it just keeps telling me to try again later ,and customer service isn’t even available

App or website not working
This is terrible! Ever since the new update this has happened frequently. I need to disable the kill switch so i can use my vehicle but now the app and website doesnt work so guess what? Car doesnt turn on and im not able to run my business.

New app version is quite stable and latest designs seems easy to interact with. The map tracking and different views are really helpful.
