Not user friendly
I don’t recommend this app. This was very complicated for our guests who are not tech savvy. Even though they are tech savvy after a long they didn’t want to deal with the app
Waste of time
I was disappointed with this tracking app. Despite its promise, it's not user-friendly, requiring both guests and staff to be tech-savvy. We didn't see a reduction in calls after implementing the link-sharing feature. In fact, guests still panic and call the hotel as soon as the shuttle arrives at the airport, thinking they've missed it.
The app failed to meet our needs, and we canceled our subscription before the end of the free one-month trial. For effective shuttle tracking, I recommend exploring alternative options like Bouncie Tracking App.
