Rebuilt filters • One panel for everything: dates, assigned users, customers, ticket number, status, ticket state and department now live together — and nothing runs until you tap Apply, so you can set several filters and search once. • Filter by a date range, not just one day, with shortcuts for Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month and Last Month. The calendar still shows how busy each day is, and now marks where your range starts and ends. • Status is multi-select, with All / Active / Closed shortcuts and a Clear button. • Sort by newest or oldest first, straight from the list header. • "All" now shows every ticket instead of a single day's. The date appears above the list only when you actually pick one, and the calendar works in All, Active and Closed alike. • The assigned-user filter opens with your team already listed and no keyboard in the way, and lets you choose who counts: people assigned right now, or also anyone who wrote on the ticket. Handy when a job has been reassigned. ELSEWHERE • Ticket cards show when they were created if there's no appointment. • The ticket counter stays readable with large numbers. • The create ticket form now uses the full width of the screen.
