It’s a great app, if consistently works!
Periodically locks me out without being able to login back in for days. While using in background, will always automatically log me out after several mins of non use, then I have to go through a serious of “cancel” buttons to clear out just to then manually log back in. This is not once a day, it’s consistently throughout the day, pretty much every time you open, use, close phone, then need to re-open.
TO, If this is for field surveillance, we’re spending more time than we should just trying to login and stay logged in the app and simply unable to consistently use all features of TrackOps. Mobile app could be a great an easy tool for us; however, is becoming more of a hassle/distraction while on-site.

Thanks for your feedback, and sorry for the trouble you've experienced with the logout/login issue. We've recently released an update to the app that should remove the issue of the repeated cancel buttons that appear, so please make sure you update to the latest version and give it another shot! Also, if you haven't already set up FaceID or TouchID with your account to quickly login without having to enter credentials over and over. Fix your app
Please fix whatever is wrong with this app. Is annoying how it always close when I try to open it.
Login issue
Once logged in, app works great. But every single time I start to login, it pops up with a warning 3 times and says I must login again due to timing out, and I must hit ok for all 3 warning pop up’s, with the screen becoming slightly less dimmed out with every warning box that I close. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when I’m in a time crunch and need to get in to the app. Please address the login issues.

It’s cool, but
It absolutely drives my company insane that we cannot update, edit, or manually input case numbers for our file number log.
Good start
Great start for TrackOps. I'm a long standing customer I use my phone daily to access my cases, one suggestion would be to great an "access" log, when someone accesses their cases from the field the app can pull GPS location of the phone and log that information. Or a sign in and sign out option again with GPS position being accessed. Then an investigator can sing in and out of cases when he/she starts and stops surveillance and we can log the GPS phone positions at such times. Great app, great start, life time TrackOps customer!
