Won’t sync with Apple Health

Tech support is non existent. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. BP monitor and scale. Neither recognized by Apple health.

Multiple trackstar Smart Wide-platform scale users can’t use this app to track weight

I’ve tried many ways to try to setup separate user profiles for this app but the trackstar Smart Wide-platform scale doesn’t know 𝒘𝒉𝒐 is using the scale. The last person to successfully link the app to the scale is where all the weight information uploads to — no matter which user is standing on the scale.

***EDIT***
I found the only way multiple family members can use the app is by making sure each family member logs out of the app after each weigh in. Log in before weighing.

Works fine to receive data but Apple Healrh sync doesn’t work with BP monitor

I purchased this blood pressure monitor to regularly check my BP. One advertised feature is sync’ing with the Apple Heslth app. I followed all of the instructions to enable access for the app in the phone’s privacy and health settings but it still doesn’t work. When I try to enable Apple Health in the app the slider keeps moving back to the “off” position. Other devices from other vendors work just fine to sync, e.g. a Bluetooth scale.
