Could not find way to transfer podcasts

I downloaded this app specifically because of a Dr. Fone webpage that indicated the app would enable transfer of podcasts from iPhone to computer. That was not the case.

I tried to transfer photos from my PC to iPhone but there is one pop up occurs that please open dr fone app and when I open the app in my phone it closes automatically.Please tell me how to resolve it.I’m your premium customer.
