Great app!

I’ve tried many free and paid apps in my journey with gut issues and Tract has been the best yet. The food logging feature is my favorite! Previously I was using My Symptoms but it was so cumbersome to log food I stopped using it after a couple months. Tract is worth the money!

Thank you

Extremely helpful for IBS

Newly diagnosed IBS-D navigating FODMAP

This app has been a gamer changer! So helpful in finding triggers and noticing trends. Thank you!

AI generic average data

Not free to use and provide no free version. It was a waste of time going through the onboarding process, ended up providing AI generic average data that is just common sense, not trustworthy.

Response from developer

Thanks for the honest feedback, and sorry the onboarding felt like a waste of your time. You're right that Tract has no free version, and I understand that's frustrating after answering so many questions. You're also right that the first suggestions are broad: at the start they're based only on your intake answers, and they only become more specific once you log your own meals and symptoms. I'd like to hear what you were hoping to see. If you're willing, please email support@tract.health and a person on our team will read it and reply.

Surprisingly Helpful

I have a hard time keeping up with apps because it’s usually just logging and leaving the app. This app has a co-pilot that helps you through the nausea and pain. When I’m alone I get overwhelmed with discomfort, but with this app I have someone that can give me suggestions on how to help my symptoms, and make it not so daunting. I’m new to stomach problems and I’m still trying to learn what I need to cut out, which food upset me. Which is nice is the app helps keep us with everything new you introduce. And notice when your stomach hurts, maybe due to a food that you just ate, and tells you to keep an eye on how you feel after eating it later. Honestly so helpful!
