Director Pool — Three-Tab View: The Director Pool now offers the same familiar three-tab experience (Opportunities / Tasks / Calls) as the standard pool, giving managers a unified view of all unassigned opportunities, tasks, and calls across every pool — with full client name visibility for better oversight.
