Very unclear directions!
Misses the point of getting a GPS tracker in the first place. We’ve been screwing with this app for hours and all it says is “your pet is in the power saving zone.” Well he’s certainly not in the South Atlantic Ocean the default pin. And you have no button that says, where is the GPS coordinates right now?
Apparently you have to delete the default virtual fence that is the entire world, and make a fence around the cats home when you activate the tracker. And your directions should clearly indicate that. You must make a small area for your virtual fence so the tracker knows to shut off power saving mode when it is away from the zone. Only then will it actually transmit it’s location. It completely ignores the GPS unless it is outside of the zone you set. Rip off alert! All this app does is tell you where you are. Where is the #ü4ing cat?

Can’t get registered for a login. Disappointing….
For whatever reason I can’t seem to do anything. It won’t let me create an accident and it doesn’t let me login with google.
THE APP REFUSES TO LET ME USE A PHOTO FROM MY LIBRARY
I just installed the app and have repeatedly tried to use a photo I have. No go. It allows me to take a photo with the camera and use that, but that’s not what I need. Meanwhile, I get an email to “confirm” my new account, which has nothing to do with enabling me to use a photo from the photo library but is trying to force me into setting up some GPS tracking for my dog. Is this a joke?

Stupide! Nous fait prendre les mesures sur notre photo et après enregistre notre voix pendant seulement 5 secondes.
Quand on essaye d'écouter le résultat c'est une voix agressante qui nous dit en anglais de payer si on veut donner une voix à notre animal

Not working…
I was pretty excited about finding this app though when I downloaded it ( I was wearing headphones at the time ) I pressed play for the default dog to talk but it wasn’t coming out of my head phones. I tried getting out and into it re- downloading the app but nothing was working. Secondly I saw the add image button in the corner so I pressed that and nothing happened I saw some wavy lines at the top I wasn’t sure what it did so I pressed it. NOTHING HAPPEND 😡

You can’t even properly frame your image before applying the motion sensors. It crops into your image twice as large as your original framing and crops to one side. Come on dude.

Hi! I paid for the premium and now it won’t let me insert photos. (It was a couple months after, and it was not because I paid.) please fix this bug. I really need the app. Oh! And please make it more realistic!

Good app, lousy voice
Easy to use app, works great, the simplicity is awesome, but the “helium” voice is awful. May be funny once, but it really reduces the reuse value. Just let us record a voice with no stupid helium accent, please. Not really wanting to use it again.

Awful app!
Presumably (hopefully) just in the early development stages but since you can’t even change the photo from the one they have set to one of your own dog, it’s a definite no thanks from me!

This is a bad app because its a waste of time it wouldn’t even let me take a picture of my own dog do you it waste of time and money never get this please read this before you buy it there is something hurts so that’s why I put it to 2 stars and not one i’m glad you’ve got a dog then you can test out the start so that’s why it’s 2 stars

No support
Trying to upgrade to have more than five seconds of audio but am stuck in a technical loop nightmare. Try to Live Chat but it disappeared and asked me to rate my experience (??!!). Very frustrating. Thought that I would subscribe to their tracking but have changed my mind as this is clearly an indication of what’s to come. Unfortunate as it looked like a great idea. Just doesn’t have the support required at this time.

Still needs a lot of app development
It works, but the simple process of choosing a photo or deleting one and selecting a new photo is difficult and requires me to shut down the app and reopen it. It also automatically resizes the photo and zooms in so that the parameters of selecting the edges of the mouth or eyes no longer work.
Is this a one photo deal only?

Where should I start... the voice is awful, I’m not sure if when I sign up I’m paying for the premium... you can’t make any effects on the animal like hats or glasses, and the other thing is there Is like noting to do.
