Can’t even log in
Not usable since I can’t even log in.
Super buggy
Doesn’t like wifi, sometimes won’t allow login, ...
Keeps logging me out
The app keeps logging me out. I have to always type in my credentials and log back in every time I want to submit an order and after close the app. Please fix this very annoying issue. Recently it keeps asking me to input my credit card details again and again at checkout! Enabling auto fill login on iPhone and even Face ID on the app would help a lot.

Terrible web experience wrapped as iOS app
Creating a new account was a debacle - unresponsive UI input during creating of account and credit card input.
Web app wrapped in iOS means location services don’t work reliably. As a result, first time user experience was horrible. Arguably, my fault for not checking the exact address for my order. Waited in the (wrong) store for 15 minutes before realizing my mistake.
Given the price and quality of the food, I’d hope for a complementary quality app experience. This is not even close.
