Updates continuing to make the app more difficult
Every time this company does an update to the mobile app, it becomes more complicated and cumbersome to navigate. This latest update has seemed to remove the sort by distance feature, which for a small farmer like myself is paramount. Change for the sake of change needs to stop. This app pushes closer and closer to becoming unusable every time they change the interface and location of search functions. Im very displeased with the continuous changes being made to this app.

This app is useless. It is so unfriendly to try to create a login. I feel like I’m trying to break into Fort Knox just so “they”can sell “me” a tractor. What’s with the over the top security fellas? Stick with their clunky and unwieldy website. Not easy to use, but at least you don’t have to break down the front gate just to search for a tractor, you just can’t filter anything. Sucks.

New app takes twice as long
Get the old app back this one takes twice as many clicks to filter through options to get what your looking for. They said the search option is so much better, anyone that uses the search and not the category knows you won’t get what you want. Just another app designed by people who don’t use it or even know what a tractor is.

Hot garbage
Tractor house, machine trader, truck paper all start to load then just crash out. The deteriorating of these apps have been a long time coming. Big Iron has long passed them by

The back arrow takes you back to the beginning when it should take you back 1 page. Slow as can be, takes several seconds every time I touch something including every letter as I type this review out. Will not load most pictures, have watched buffering on a single picture for over 5 minutes. And yes I have excellent service so no it’s not the issue
