I downloaded this app and it wouldn’t even let me type in any information from my iPad. It wouldn’t let me access any of the information, diagrams would start to open and then lock up…

Not worth the effort

I was excited to have this app and Smart Connector on my new 2022 3025e. The results have been total disappointment at the lack of connectivity to my iPhone XR. The dealer has had this back twice replacing the connector and it still will not recognize my machine either automatically or after adding it manually.

Doesn’t work

This app doesn’t work, you cannot add your equipment manually. The app shows you how to add the equipment but the add options do not work. You cannot manually add the SN/MDL number and you cannot scan it with your phone. I just expected more from John Deere.
