The app us very poorly done,
It keeps on interrupting with a message that an update us required. However, when confirmation is given to
update, the App store page of the App says there is no update.
It keeps crashing and now the news banner and articles ofo not appear.
Logins keep on crashing.
A huge disappointment given that I paid good money for the subscription version.
I will go to the Consumer Courts for recovery of the money I paid.

Need update in New section feature
This is a great app, for someone new and experienced to get all the information at one place is a gem. One suggestion please update the news section. Whenever I scroll in app to read the news I get old news and the news articles and blogs are not shown in the app. I go to website directly to read them. Pls review and update it.

I have bought premium plan for a year. But both app and web doesn’t loads.

I took subscription a week back, and money was debited from my account the software still shows to take subscription. Poor admistration
Worst Screener App Ever Used
App doesn’t provide the value for subscription paid.
Doesn’t load data. Very few options to track portfolio. No option to connect to broker to track portfolio. I have provided my feedback to CEO of trade brains 6 months ago but I have seen any improvements.
Highly recommend not to use this app.

Premium issue
Subscribed for the premium yet it says please pay to access premium features.
Very third class app
No customer service to even premium user’s complaints. Portfolio analysis does not work ; stocks can not be added or modified. No response after complaint.
It is perhaps running by grace of God only.

Thanks for introducing PORTFOLIO ANALYSIS ( BETA ) but unfortunately it is not working.
Yesterday I added a few shares with date of buy and cost price. After adding each stock it was showing but after adding some more stocks it is streaming since yesterday but No display for the portfolio.

I use iOS device, so far wasn’t able to screener. All the other features on the app has alternatives, but couldn’t find any good screener app

Bhai log. Totally awesome platform. I am a beginner and its been around a year since I started investing, and I have found this platform to be one of the most convenient to use and also highly consistent in terms of their research outputs and KPI displays.
