Do Not Recommend
I decided to give the app a try after following their page on Instagram. The app had multiple issues so I tried to cancel the subscription. That feature in the app didn’t work so I emailed them. The subscription was cancelled and confirmed by their staff, but I still continue to be charged $97 every month and no one has responded to messages nor emails. I also do not have account access on the app. The app and the customer service is terrible.

Pretty good alerts app
Ive tried many discord groups in the past but i really like the trade hero app instead. It could be better about the alerts system but the trades are good and the team provides good analysis
Also there is long-term investing stock picks that have performed very well in the time ive been using
Im currently up 126% from the alerts and stock picks so i have nothing to complain about!

Would Not Recommend TradeHero
I purchased the TradeHero app for $499 in November, expecting a lifetime of access and valuable trading support. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Since January, I’ve been unable to log in to the app. Despite paying for lifetime access, I’ve been locked out, and attempts to contact customer support have gone unanswered.
Even when I was able to use the app, there were significant issues. Unless you’re already experienced with trading, it’s incredibly difficult to profit from the provided trades. The support from the trade providers is minimal at best, and the app feels more like a money grab than a reliable resource for traders.
The app itself is glitchy—alerts don’t always come through, and it seems like they’re still in the process of building or fixing core features while continuing to collect money from users. The “community” aspect is lacking as well; communication within the app is clunky, and it’s hard to connect with others for support or advice.
Additionally, there’s very little transparency. While they highlight success stories, the majority of users seem to be reporting losses, myself included. It’s frustrating and disappointing.
Overall, I can’t recommend TradeHero. Between the app’s technical issues, lack of support, and my inability to regain access, it feels like a poor investment and a major letdown.

Worth a try
Started off a great idea from within a great community. Then the text alerts stopped for an extended period of time despite paying for a full year access. Hopefully they’ve fixed it now.
