Bad behaviour of customer service people
the calls they provide are not bad, but the customer service behaviour is extremely poor, specially of the associate named Sourav, he even forced me to do an FNO trade on the expiring date just to close it at a loss and I paid a huge amount of brokerage just for that and all my gains in the past 3 months were lost. That was a forceful buy that he made me do which I was not comfortable with and then once it was done he even spoke rudely. I would not recommend anyone this company.

App also enjoys weekend
2 stars only for Improved UI but Yes This app doesn’t show your portfolio on weekends. As well as you can not analyse any stocks in this app during weekends. Basically this app is useless during weekends.

Functionality and facilities needs to improved
- Functionality is not covered like for what rate I have buy the stock. It only shows latest rate. It should have option to view all the trade details.
- More than year data is not available in ledger report. It should have facilities to get max data.
- Overall UI is not user friendly and functionality is more complex and not easy to use. (e.g, Buying and selling stocks)
- Login functionality is not much easy. Password expiration time limit is too short and due to that we need to keep changing password.

Cannot withdraw money
Worst app ever I have used this. having very slow And not accurate I am trying to withdraw money for the last 7 days but guess what I could not able to withdraw that withdraw function is not working.

This application doesn’t have proper Login System since last 2 years, when you complain just get Robotic Reply from Devlopers you can check in reviews, payment withdrawal in app is not working. You will not get any P&L report or any holding details with ur buying and selling rates.

Useless application
1) Don’t give any kinds of confirmation notifications for Buy or Sell.
2) don’t show real available balance.
3) if you can sell equity stocks, your real available balance is showing after 2-3 days.
4) application performance very bad front of Kite ZERODHA application.
5) even application login system every time manually and fill user id - password and PAN or mobile no. Don’t have face ID or touch ID.
6) all application features are not supported for APPLE IOS MOBILE. Like payment withdrawal request doesn’t raise in apple mobile.
7) don’t show your real purchase value afte 1-2 days
8) don’t show Profit and Loss statement
9) after trading hour all stocks price showed zero. You can not see price after trading hours in TradeBulls Touch.

Worst experience
Don’t trust the representatives or any of their scripts calls.
You definitely will loose your money. The people are playing with your money and make you losing it and that’s only may be for their achievements of targets. I can tell you I’ve made loss on each of their calls. Further, they are very smart. First person will call you and make healthy loss in your account. After some time some other person will call you and give you another loss making deal. Seems like inexperienced staff or may be extra smart people who are there to make you losing. Don’t give your account operations to them if you really don’t want to loose. They don’t care whether you gain or loose. But they will make sure that they gain in brokerage charges.

Poor design and more bugs
App doesn’t work properly, old login method, doesn’t fit full screen in iphone x, and the most bad thing is can’t withdraw fund. Please fix this issue.

I have seen reviews from last year you have responded that we are updating app, still no updates.
Why can't we simplify login method? It always asks so many details and password gets expires every second or third day. I have tested this issue is occurring regularly. I wonder, why someone can't invest in better developers to get more business. Looking at efforts taken by tradebulls team, seems you are least bothered about user friendly experience in this competitive market. Now I feel if a company can't manage tools properly, how it can manage my holdings-money.
On Alternate side, new website is also not allowing login properly, it redirects to same page. In summary, Tradebulls really need to invest on basic development efforts.

Worst app...A fraud trick
This app just keeps crashing and does not function at the crucial times...when decisions are to be taken. It stays crashed and shut for 30-50 minutes to gather.

Login to app is cumbersome
Login process to the applications is still old method. Touch login for the iPhone should be enabled. Also, application do not remember your login id, and require to enter too much of details. I believe, the login to the application should be simplified through touch so that we can place and square off the orders with ease.

App needs a lot improvements,
Like login with Face Id/ Touch Id
Stock holdings should be on home screen
Should have some graph showing gain/loss over time period
There are couple of best trading applications in App Store like Robinhood, that can give ideas of improvements.
