We went to TradeCert following a disappointing experience with a competing company who alleged to offer the same services (wasn’t entirely true).
Firstly, the app isn’t perfect (minor imperfections) but the customer service in dealing with anything is next to none. Charles is always very fast to respond to any enquiry.
The ai features of this app truly save me time, particularly the ai check when writing an observation. I like that it will write a professional summary with referenced BS7671 numbers and recommended code.
TradeCert has certainly saved me time and therefore money when carrying out testing.

Great Time Saver
This is excellent software for the electrician as it reduces the time it takes to do EICR paperwork. It is useful to anyone even a big electrical contractor or a small self employed electrician. It is easy to use and clear what needs to be added to a certificate to complete it. This will be the only software I use from now.
