We went to TradeCert following a disappointing experience with a competing company who alleged to offer the same services (wasn’t entirely true).
Firstly, the app isn’t perfect (minor imperfections) but the customer service in dealing with anything is next to none. Charles is always very fast to respond to any enquiry.
The ai features of this app truly save me time, particularly the ai check when writing an observation. I like that it will write a professional summary with referenced BS7671 numbers and recommended code.

Great Time Saver
This is excellent software for the electrician as it reduces the time it takes to do EICR paperwork. It is useful to anyone even a big electrical contractor or a small self employed electrician. It is easy to use and clear what needs to be added to a certificate to complete it. This will be the only software I use from now.

Tradecert has been a revelation for our company.
For years our company and personnel have fell victim to sub standard, complicated and ‘clunky’ test certificate softwares. Tradecert is the best thing to happen in our company in years. It has drastically reduced the time and stress of filling out testing reports and we couldnt be more grateful of this service. A huge issue which had held us back is the perceived fear of moving 100’s of distribution board information over to a new platform, with the Ai ability you can do it in minutes and it’s took a couple of days to move everything over. The customer service team are top class and you can get into touch with a member of the team over WhatsApp or the phone immediately if you have questions or require technical support. You need AI tokens to use the AI functions but they are very liberal with distributing them out of you need them, I expected this to be another form of getting money out of you but this just hasn’t been the case.
Overall, I couldn’t rate this service higher and I recommend it to any electrician, whether you work in domestic or industrial.

Fantastic Software
I used to use NAPIT Fast test (which was far from fast, especially on an IPad which I use as my main laptop). The Software is super easy to navigate which is the first time saver! The AI functions are outstanding and have saved me hours already on the 10 or so certs I have done on the software. The developers are constantly carrying out updates to improve the software (which is almost perfect already). They also respond quick if you have any questions or queries ready the software. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking to save time and improve the look of their electrical certificates.

Software is ok - not great but has potential
Software is good in principle but in practice it is not quite there yet. Decent on commercial Propertys but not as reliable as other softwares out there! Some features are great if you have good signal or WiFi but when using in a remote area offline no photos can be added and other little niggles. Works out a lot more expensive than easy cert by double plus tokens if you want the ai features. Let’s face it you want the ai features otherwise the software is pointless 😂

Amazing app
Use to use napit fast test. The updates they were bring in were terrible to us. Thought id give trade cert a go. The guys are really helpful. The app’s fantastic. So much quicker,easier,more intuitive to use. And the updates theyve done so far are improving use ability even more. Great work guys.
Excellent Software
We switched to this from EasyCert and find this to be much easier and quicker to use. It’s well supported from the team if there’s any questions. All the guys working for us say it’s a game changer. I’d recommend it to any electrical company using software for their certification. Makes a modern professional job of it.

Excellent service
This is a brilliant app and is continually being developed, however the main thing that sets this company apart is the service they provide. They are always on the end of the phone and are very helpful if you need support with anything. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Product
Recently downloaded Trade Cert. What a great piece of software. The user interface has really been thought through to great effect. Certificates are easy and fast to produce on site, and look professional when submitted to the client. The AI part worked well and saved lots of painstaking typing before testing could even start. 5 stars!!
