Garbage: crashes every time and cannot withdraw money
I have a small amount of money left in Tradefair account. As soon as you click anything on the menu it crashes so my money is stuck.

Can’t search for specific uk based stocks or at least it’s mot obvious.
App crashed twice in the first 2 minutes of using.
Betfair need to withdraw this app immediately. If I’d had open positions I’d be f-king livid about these crashes.
Deleted the app, obviously.

APP crash
Tradefair please fix the APP. Crash out the app every time hit access Menu Settings. Not good been happening seems like forever now and last bug fix is registered a year ago.

Updated app and now crashes on load
Updated yesterday and now the app crashes when you login. Can’t access funds or trade. This has not been tested thoroughly enough, bad show.

Any chance of updating this app so it doesn’t crash? Literally can’t click on anything on iPhone without it closing the app fully and you have to send another error report.
Crashes every time
I’ve registered and set up my account, all through the app. After this small investment in time I discover that you can’t access a menu or anything without the app crashing and closing.
This includes having rebooted my phone and reinstalling the app.

Useful app
I like the Tradefair app. It offers useful, at a glance information and complements the website very well.

Lags too much. Statements are disjointed and incomprehensible. Can take ages to see all prices on a custom watchlist screen. Nowhere to view deposit history. Charts not great.
Rubbish
Anyone who into this app just be very carefull as they don't care at all!!! Absolutely gutted with how they take your money, tax ! Fees! Blah blah !! I don't mind if i get few £££ back !! But when they just close all your open trade without any warning !!! Costumer service is poor ! And the open trade icon if you accidentally click it you be amaze how fast will it close everything without any option but to watch it close automatically.

Good app, but could be better if set up for iPad.
Profits wiped out by commission
When trading CFDs, be very aware when using this that any money you make will be hit by huge commission costs.

New app
Absolutely hate this new trade fair app. Not user friendly. The font size far too small. Too many features. Traders just want simple platforms, especially for smart phones where screens are small. I am considering finding a new broker. So angry that companies fix problems that were never there.
