Very disappointing experience with TradeIndia. I invested hoping to generate genuine business leads in Odisha, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. Despite the promises made during the sales process, I don’t received enquiries in odisha and saw no meaningful business growth from my investment. Customer support was also not helpful when I raised my concerns.
I would not recommend this service to businesses in Odisha based on my personal experience. Please evaluate carefully before investing.

I had a very frustrating experience with Trade India Services. The company makes big promises about leads and business growth, but the results were extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, support was unhelpful, and most of the leads provided were either irrelevant or low quality. After making payment, the level of service dropped significantly. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for genuine business growth.

Fake proposal don’t keep their words be carefull
I had signed contract for 4 years paid full amount along with website and domain and ssl but their employee left the company and existing employee told we don’t know any thing you have to pay for renewal of domain ! I have proposal on email from their employee but they just denied every thing ! Don’t faith on these chitters ! Even company revenue is very less and even we don’t get proper leads through trade india platform compare to other same platform and kindly switch to other platforms these are not reliable and ethical company ! Don’t invest your hard earned money with these people!

Useless services and waste of Monday
False services
Waste of money.
Think 1000 time before taking service from Tradeindia
We are assure Mediquip from Pune,
I had purchase services worth Rs. 2,55,000/- from Tradeindia sales person Miss. Nilam from pune Branch and Mr. Rakesh Ranjan.
I have been faced extream follow up by Miss. Nilam and mr. Rakesh for the payment.
Once the payment done then no any appropriate response related to services.
Such kind of unprofessional services I have been facing in second time after so much commitment and false discussion, I have been purchased a plan from sales person. I have mailed for the service cancellation after two months of purchase of the services in the basis of non-completion of the services and the said material.
Reason behind service cancellation-
services issue and delayed activation still till date after hosting Domain,Email,banner keywords, SSL certificate is not delivered after 40 days of hosting. Service manager Mr Surendra Singh has taken 3 to 4 times appointment for the meeting, but he has failed to come or any discussion.
They did their job for taking payment from the client now I need to take follow-up for the payment refund.
Waiting for the hopefully payments will get refund.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service experience I’ve had since purchasing my subscription. I subscribed to TradeIndia around July and have been continuously requesting for my product listings to be activated on my account. Unfortunately, even after almost three months, my listings have still not gone live.
Despite multiple follow-ups and complaints over the last several weeks, I keep receiving the same response — that the issue will be resolved “today or tomorrow.” However, no progress has been made. For the past 15 days, I have even been unable to open my TradeIndia account properly, which has further affected my business operations during the crucial festive season.
When your sales team approached me, they made several strong commitments and assurances, but the post-sale support has been extremely disappointing. In contrast, I have been using IndiaMART for over five years and have never faced such issues. I had subscribed to TradeIndia with the intention of exploring another portal, but unfortunately, my experience has been entirely unsatisfactory.
Given that I have not received any service or leads as promised, I request that my subscription amount be refunded immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share my experience publicly on social media and relevant business forums.
I hope you will take this request seriously and process my refund at the earliest.

Nice app for business purpose, smooth and user friendly interface. We have been using the platform since last 6-7 years.
No Product Image
I found the app difficult to use because most of the products don’t have any images. Without product images, it becomes very hard to understand what is being offered, which makes browsing and choosing products inconvenient. Adding clear images for every product would improve the user experience a lot.

Urgent Request to Delete My Account
I no longer have any use for my account and would like it permanently deleted. I have attempted to use the account deletion function on your site, but it does not work. This process has been frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.
There are too many bugs on your platform, and even trying to contact your support team results in an error code. It feels like a scam to collect personal information without offering proper support.
I am now forced to leave feedback in the App Store review section because I cannot reach your team through the normal channels.

we are with Tradeindia from last 1 and half year as a trader we are receiving good number of inquires and calls through clients , need to work on add multiple images at a time in add image option and reminders overall good
Fake Inquiries
I speak as a representative of City Girl Jewellery, a jewellery business in Kolkata, India. We had applied for TradeIndia’s “premium” plan for Indian Rupees 1 Lakh 80 Thousand. All “inquiries” which we have received till date have been fake. Either the “interested” buyer says that they did not put forth any inquiry or they say that they did inquire and asks us about our products but then proceeds to never contact us again. Therefore, we have come to the conclusion that these “inquiries” are being staged by the employees. Therefore, I hope everybody sees this review and invests their money in better places.

Nice app with best features
After last update application is now optimised and more user friendly. Have updated new features like add and edit products and keywords from application itself.. overall satisfied with the latest version.
Service issue
Am associated with Tradeindia since last 10 years , but only recently have started using the app, it needs to improvise and Tradeindia should give proper service to the long associated clients as the client should recover the cost also after investing in Tradeindia and company should give proper service after the renewal .
