Rubbish

This app never works. Constantly requires updating.

Irritating

The app doesn’t record the receipt for purchases made in store so I still have to try and photograph a receipt and upload it to my company accounts. Screwfix app stores all invoices and emails them to me as a PDF making accounting for expenses very easy.
I really don’t see the purpose of the Tradepoint app over the web browser

Plus, the app constantly crashes, fails to load products and fails to identify my location. Won’t allow an order to be placed for delivery within knowing the location of your nearest store.

I ALWAYS end up using the web browser. But you have to delete the app to do that.

Utterly ridiculous and pointless app

The app has stopped working for me

I’ve used the app over the last few years and whilst not great, it has been good for click and collect orders however last year it stopped working despite using the correct details, it won’t open.
I’ve deleted the app. I’ve reloaded it. I’ve spoken to the customer contact centre. I’ve spent 12 months having to order via phone with no old online access..
What really gets annoying is the marketing campaign that gives you extra discount if you use the app? I did use it, I would use it!!
I can’t use it because it doesn’t work.

I’ve emailed Tradepoint , I have filled in customer satisfaction surveys, Nobody is interested. Nobody cares.

Maintenance

Trade point app easy to use

Terrible and it vanishes when you need it in store!

Was in store, went to use my card in my wallet and it had vanished along with the app. Downloaded it again and tried to sign in but it just kept spinning a tape measure (dont ask!) and then went back to the sign in button.
Very poor app…

So useless

I try to register, and it says that the account already exists, but when I try to didn’t in it says it doesn’t, so what on earth. 🌎 Please fix this.

Only records online purchases, in- store

When you open the account they say everything you buy is on your app. That is a lie. They only record why you buy online or for delivery. Is store purchase are ignored. No receipts, nothing. You need to take the printout and stuff it in your pocket, in 2026, really?

Not answering

No letting me on the app

If it ain’t broke etc

I order most evenings for collection, normally on my way to a job. The new app, doesn’t work. I can’t upload it. So I order else where.

Good

Waste of time if you want to search for things

Because whenever browse to a sub-category and you have to go back a step, it went back all the way to the first step.

Worthless App

Come to open my existing app-it tells me to update so I press update Unfortunately the new app doesn’t work on my phone so I go back to original app which I now can’t use because it’s telling me to update -worthless app!!99me’s

Useful but very glitchy

The app is generally useful for quick and simple orders. However, it has several issues: I can’t save items to the basket, I can’t view past orders, and it tends to be glitchy. For anything beyond a straightforward order, it’s easier and more reliable to use the website.
