Connecting issues
I have issues with connecting in the application almost every time I log in
Sign up
Never saw a mediocre way of inserting your documents and video of yourself, it's like a kid made the app..I couldn't even finish it because it works weird. One star only for this, i never get to use the app...
Unusable
I cannot even sign up, because the identity verification part is a joke. You cannot properly record what is needed (iphone 15 pro max). So nothing left for me to do then not use the app. Maybe newer versions will fix it.
Horrendous UI UX
Can’t even sign up properly because of horrible integration. Instead of using the camera from the phone, it opens a popup with another camera on top so basically you can never sync the two and you can’t sign up.

Bad UX and lack of support
Main screen refreshes all the time, used to be able to speak with support now there is only a gpt response, exchanging currency doesnt work the money doesn’t show up converted but neither is returned in original currency and moreover the Phone button in Support doesn’t do anything!

The app is an absolute joke and lost me money
I was a beginner using the app, wanting to buy some bonds. Because the app has the most terrible UX I’ve ever seen (and I work in this field), I did a mistake a lost a whole lot of money. Lots of people are complaining but they have bought their appstore reviews. I am furious. The team who developed the app should seriously think about a career switch.

can’t get it, can’t reset password
Signed up and offers photos of my ID. Can’t get into account. Can’t reset password. I’m not sure an account was even created. It’s been ~1week now.
Can’t get into contact with anyone if I can’t get into the account.

Very poor support
On the website they promise exceptional support but in reality it really stinks.
Horrible UI and UX for mobile
This is mostly a glorified webview, not a native mobile app. Absolutely horrendous UX for mobile devices, compared to more premium apps from outside Romania.
Partea de autentificare a devenit enervantă
Autentificarea biometrică nu mai funcționează deloc. Da eroare si face fallback la user+parola. Apoi formularul de introducere a codului de confirmare sare inapoi la pasul de login daca vreau sa fac copy/paste codului. Iar opțiunea “remember this device” nu are niciun efect sau are efect pentru o perioadă foaaaarte scurtă. Ar fi bine sa menționați ca telefonul va fi tinut minte o zi sau două, apoi codul de confirmare va fi cerut din nou.

Nu mai înțeleg nimic din aplicația nouă
Nu știu ce i-ați făcut dar nu se mai înțelege nimic din ea. Nu găsesc de unde pot administra subconturile, nu reușesc să transfer bani între conturi, nu mai există “meniu”. Taurul ăla are niște întrebări acolo, ca un fel de Q&A, numai a meniu nu arată …
good and bad
looks really bad and the user experience is poor. you can't see the graphs well. adding the minutes on the x axis would be nice. better structure needed when displaying everything. it's unbelievable how poor it is. make it so the user can choose how much money to invest and the stock value to adapt accordingly. u can only choose how many stocks u want to buy and i have to calculate myself how many stocks to buy in order to use a certain amount of money. like what in world is this ux??? just take as an example the other platforms for the ui ux. why is it so hard?
