App doesn’t work
Despite following instructions and then deleting and re-installing, the app doesn’t work!
App Not Working
I have tried several times to access and use the app but each time, I am told I have no internet connection - even though I do. I deleted the app and then reinstalled it, but when I clicked on the emailed link it took me to a blank white page. Very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend you download it as it won’t work.

Can not connect
Used to work fine, then a couple of months ago just tells me to check my internet connection. My internet connection is fine. It’s your app that isn’t.

It’s no longer connected to anything. I told the staff and social media people a few times over the last year.
Doesn’t work
Despite numerous attempts to open this app it refuses to do so. Removed from home screen but cannot reinstall it as it blames internet connection. I’ve tried contacting the app support several times but no response. No free coffees coming my way at any point!
