The app readily forgets my credentials and I keep having to put them back in even though I have facial recognition!

The app works really well never have an issue. We need to get into the app, but I only wish that you can see your statements in the app.

I absolutely love the mobile banking app it helps me keep track of everything and it’s simple to use .
FIX THE APP
Please get Tim Compton or who ever is in charge of this stupid app to fix it or make a new one. I’ve been banking with you since 2019 and absolutely love the bank and the staff but this app will be the reason I leave. I’ve been praying for years it will get better with updates but somehow it gets worse. Fix the app and give us tap to pay cards and you’ll have a good customer until I’m passed.

Why is it trying to charge me 8 dollars to re install?

I use my app daily yet for the past couple of weeks, I have only been able to use it a couple of times. The rest of the time I keep getting the above error message.
Needs Mobile Deposit
The app is so useful when I’m out and about and need to transfer money from checking to savings (or vice versa) really quickly. However, it’s frustrating that you can’t do mobile deposit. I live and work a couple of hours away because of school and it’s frustrating when I can’t deposit any checks that I receive.

Glitches
I love my bank and the employees that take care of my family but I absolutely despise this app. I always check my account and transfer through this app and more often than not, when I log in, there’s an error, not working at the moment, or call an authorized employee... blah blah blah. I’ve called the bank and reported the issue and have had to get them to reset my PW multiple times. They suggested deleting the app and downloading again. I hate to bother them because I know they are busy. Please, please get this fixed. Concerned customer.

I honestly hate the fact that this app never works for me. Im constantly receiving “error” notifications when I try to check my balance. Please fix this app.
