Inconsistent

Face ID is down all the time. Entering in the CORRECT information on the password reset screen doesn't work

Great platform

Easy to use - able to keep up with finances on the go!

Not User Friendly

Requires you to change your password every few months and you can’t use the same password. There is also no way to recover your account if you forget your password other than calling.

Love my bank
