Inconsistent
Face ID is down all the time. Entering in the CORRECT information on the password reset screen doesn't work

Easy to use - able to keep up with finances on the go!
Not User Friendly
Requires you to change your password every few months and you can’t use the same password. There is also no way to recover your account if you forget your password other than calling.

Banking with Traditions for several years now has been a major part of my daily routine. The employees have always been so professional and caring. It has truly been the best banking experience of my lifetime.
App does not work
The bank is amazing and the online banking is fine. HOWEVER this app is terrible. Can’t even get passed the login page without it failing.
