Needs an update. Half the the times says location out of Delhi. Logs you out when you try to submit a complaint. Half the times doesn’t let you login or send OTP. use tax payers money to make a world class app please.

Whenever we complain about wrong parking or any other offence they rejected and they say locations out from Delhi but Since when has Rohini been out of Delhi? Time wast apk
Completely Useless
I reported some offences and they got rejected with the reason that the GEO location is outside Delhi. How is this even possible when I have double checked everything before submitting. Only because the vehicle is registered outside Delhi, they are rejecting the report, it is of no use reporting any offence on this app. Please don’t install.

Pathetic
School kids would have made a better app. Once a traffic violation is recorded and photos taken, it should allow user to upload the complaint later when he or she may be at a different location. But it REJECTS if the complaint is lodged later.
With bug use less app need lot of improvements
Video issues , location can be tagged directly from location finder

Useless app. Full of bugs and cannot take a complaint. This is what middle class gets as service for our taxes. We can’t even report traffic offences where someone has illegally parked a truck to block parked cars and due to this we are unable to go to work.

Useless app
What this app does is it will open, let you click photos and video and enter details, all will take not more than 2 minutes. But then, when you try to submit, it will always tell you “can’t get your location”. And then no matter how many times you try, you will not succeed.
But then there’s an option of FEED BACK. You can always give a feedback. BUT, this doesn’t work too.
Lol.
However, there’s one benefit of having this app, it will definitely give you a sense of security and responsibility having this app in your phone. Haha.

This App doesn’t work at all !get stuck while loading and shows error message then no option provided to login into app.
Worst app ever
Don’t download this app ever, this is the total waste of time. No matter how many time you will download it and uninstall it or download again. This will always stuck on the authentication and it shows an error message- oops something went wrong . It will never go further waste of time.

Along with manual input of location, it must be automatically detected. A tie up/integration of google maps is possible.
As selecting an offence is mandatory, the list needs to be updated such as wrong parking instead of footpath parking. Also an option of other offences must be added to include random other offences.
