Useless
Clunky and useless app that doesn’t remember your payment details, or allow Apple Pay or even autofill, so you have to manually fill in your name, address and card details every single time you book something. It’s quicker to just pay at the desk when you arrive, making the app spectacularly pointless really.

Ladies Gym
I love going to the ladies only gym but the equipment is often out of order, the air conditioning leaks and I’m dubious about how often it is cleaned. I would happily do this myself before and after using equipment, if wipes were provided.

Size of Trafford and the usage you’d expect, this should be a serious app. It’s woeful. Click one thing…it takes you somewhere else. Don’t bother.

The way to login is terrible. I went round the houses before I found a way to reset my password. I almost gave up!
Very poor app!
As others have said this is potentially a very useful app if only it would work correctly. I found the app to be very clunky and not very intuitive also unable to retrieve my bookings. Very frustrating!

Some booking features don’t work
Tried to use the app to book badminton, couldn't get it to show free spaces properly pending the member type chosen. Had to go on site to see a staff member to be able to book. Also very poor that members still have to pay £10 per court to use the badminton hall even though you have to bring your own equipment.

It needs ApplePay or at least the ability to remember card details. Having to re-enter my card details every time I book a swim is tiresome

As a rare user I was directed to download the app which has proved to be very frustrating. Having registered and topped up my credit I’m still being asked for my card details to pay again.
Pointless app
About as clunky and frustrating as it gets… spend so long trying to find the session at the correct club and pay that the session didn’t have any spaces left. Complete waste of time directing people to an app that doesn’t work.
Too many glitches
As others have said, this is potentially a really good app, and it’s certainly more convenient than having to use the old website but, BUT it won’t load regularly (or does so dial-up slowly), and times out and presents issues far too often. I have a 6S and 4G; it’s not me. Even on WiFi it’s really unreliable. I’ve probably got a few ‘no shows’ against my name on my membership because I’ve tried to use the app to cancel but it wouldn’t work, and I mean for hours, on multiple occasions. Please invest a bit and improve it!
