Top reviews

2nd day of September and it’s not working for me or my son

One day it works another it doesn’t. Unreliable

Very bad

Not recognizing most of the addresses, it is useless

Response from developer

Hello, thank you for the feedback, can you please send us some examples at support@trafi.com, we would like to investigate further.

Great

Great app, easy to use!

Can’t add foreign number so can’t add card

Only accepts Lithuanian numbers so can’t verify account so can’t add card to pay for tickets.

Gold Standard

The bus system and Traffi should be used EVERYWHERE in the world.
Frequent buses. Exact info. Easy routing. Easy purchase and use. Why use a car?

Response from developer

Thank you for the feedback! Please keep in mind that Trafi does not manage or organize public transport services. We serve as a platform that resells tickets issued by the Vilnius transport authority. All rules, prices, and schedules are determined by the public transport company, and Trafi shares this information while facilitating ticket purchases through our app.

No foreign number

Can’t buy and use a ticket if don’t have a Lithuanian number….quite useless for all the tourists. We are forced to buy JUDU card, so there is a place for improvement

Does What it Should!

The app works and is quick to use

Great application for great public transportation system

Especially like how you can start ticket without making your way to validator

Seeing Bus Times

The Weekday, Sunday, and Saturday tabs for individual bus times do not work. You can only see bus times for the rest of that day. You can’t plan a day or two ahead to know which bus you want to take. It’s horrible.

Can’t choose a country

It doesn’t automatically pick the country that I’m in and it doesn’t let me decide
I’m in Istanbul right now and it’s saying it’s no detectable

Easy & affordable

Really pleased with this app! On first use found navigating around the app a little difficult but once I got my bearings it is a great app to use. Very good at letting you know which bus to catch and from which bus stand. The buses are live tracked so you can see how close they are to your location. My only criticism is you can’t translate to English so hard to know what each ticket price is for but the 3 day ticket I purchased was great value at €8. Would definitely use this again if I return to Lithuania. I wish more countries used this app too!

Completely useless

Can’t pay for a single ticket as minimum card payment is €5, when you try to buy multiple tickets for €5+ “something went wrong” pops up. Completely useless app.

Estonia is no longer available.

Please put it back!

Impossible to add card

It's not possible to add a bank card to the app. It throws up an error that the cardholder name wasn't entered but there's no place to enter that information. From reading other people's reviews it seems this problem has been going on for months now.

Nowhere to put card name

When you try and add a payment card it askes for a card name however there is no field for this in the data entry.

Broken name field

I tried using e tickets with the app. However it’s impossible to add card details as it keeps asking for the name and there’s no field provided to enter the name. How are we supposed to use it then????

Very disappointed with development.

Missing payment field

Were not able to use the app. When trying to add a bank card in order to purchase a ticket it gives you only three fields (card number, expiration date, CVV) and it does not proceed without cardholder name and yet there is no such field provided.

Moovit is better

Moovit is better than this app

Crashes!

Service was ok, only occasional random hiccups while trying to pay for tickets via e-banking.
Yesterday the service completely stopped. Could not pay for anything despite numerous attempts.
The customer service replied today and “explained” the problem being my bank and that I should check with them. Mind you - I have never experienced any problems with my bank when it comes to paying for goods or services online.
Also I was suggested to add my credit card to speed up the payments next time.

Today tried adding new cc, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and even creating new profile . Still kept getting error messages ..
Sent an email and hopefully will get a reply tomorrow..

As for essential travelling app , looks a tad unprofessional to say the least

Keeps crashing

My payment card has expired and the app doesn’t allow me to add a new card or/and remove the old one.
