Useless for occasional users or tourists
Cannot buy a single ticket for 0.20 eur. I have to buy for 5 eur instead, so 25 tickets is the minimum purchase for me.

Excellent application for transportation. Easy to find buses.

Wechselt niemals eure Nummer in der App oder eure aktuell gültigen Tickets sind weg. Der Support versucht zu helfen aber ist nur Reseller der Tickets. Ist irgendwie überhaupt nicht praktikabel und verursacht nur Probleme.

You‘ll have to enter your phone number to receive a 4 digit code. My number is declined. Tourists have to walk :(
2nd day of September and it’s not working for me or my son

Did not work at all
Requires a phone number to purchase a ticket, but I never received it this I could not purchase a ticket. I only found out after pressing the buy now button. We planned our stay around public transport, we walked to the bus stop only to realize we cannot use it. Thank god for Bolt.

Ticket für 30 Minuten kostet 1€, Mindestbestellwert sind 5€! Macht keinen Sinn…
Nutzlos für Kurzstrecken
Da man erst Tickets ab 5€ erwerben kann, ist die App für kurze Strecken nutzlos.

Only accepts Lithuanian numbers so can’t verify account so can’t add card to pay for tickets.

Thank you for the feedback! Please keep in mind that Trafi does not manage or organize public transport services. We serve as a platform that resells tickets issued by the Vilnius transport authority. All rules, prices, and schedules are determined by the public transport company, and Trafi shares this information while facilitating ticket purchases through our app.
No foreign number
Can’t buy and use a ticket if don’t have a Lithuanian number….quite useless for all the tourists. We are forced to buy JUDU card, so there is a place for improvement
Great experience
This was great experience during one week of travelling across Vilnius. App is very good. Problem wasn’t found for tourist like me. But maybe issue is traffic itself…
