Pod absolutnie żadnym pozorem nie starajcie się korzystać z funkcji: ogarniam.

Nie wygeneruje wam się w aplikacji PIN po zatankowaniu ponad 200 złotych na stacji benzynowej.

Na infolinii automatic powie wam, że nie da się rozwiazac tego problemu i was automatycznie zrzuci. Kaze korzystac z menu pomocy w apce :)))

Kumacie? Stoicie na stacji, za Wami kolejka ludzi a Wy sobie szukajcie opcji w menu :)

W aplikacji oczywiście takiej opcji nie ma.

Płacicie więc ze swoich własnych pieniędzy bo inaczej kasjerka zadzwoni na policję :))

Więc chcieliście pomóc społeczności i przy okazji zarobić 15 złotych, a straciliście 200 i pół godziny czasu aby być linią kredytową dla korporacji.

Co Wy tam palicie w tym traficar???

bardzo wygodna, przydatna!! prosta w uzyciu, szybka rejestracja, polecam :)

Love them, but…

Love them, but removal of infolinie and lack of any chat/ability to contact them is disaster.

I understand cutting costs, moving towards chats etc, but I spend literally few hours trying to resolve trivial problem which was not supported by the app and ended up just renting car elsewhere as I had no other option.

Again, I like traficar, but if their app does not let me use their service due to technical glitches, then I can’t help that.

Terrible service

I do not recommend anyone to use the service. If ANYTHING happens during your rental and you need support, good luck having it. You’ll be waiting days to solve your issue.
My car got towed away for wrong parking. When I parked it, I left the keys inside and ended the rental in the app. Next morning when I woke up, I saw that money was getting subtracted from my account every 2 hours. When I opened the app, I saw that the rent has started going again (??!!). The rent was over, I must repeat. Now I have to wait throughout the whole weekends for their partner, to be able to get the car back so I can end the rental. All this time I’m paying for rental, like I never ended it. Worst service I had in my life.

Useless

I tried their scooters twice, one had no charge and the other decided to just turn off in the middle of the ride. Both I had to pay full price for and had 0 customer support available. I’ll definitely be charging back those payments and never using the app again

Good service, dire app; worse with every update

With each iteration, the app makes it harder to figure out what kind of car you've chosen for a ride.

Previously, you could identify the car you'd driven based on your past trips; now you can't. When you pan around the map looking for your favourite car, the map persistently zooms in and out, making the user experience horrendous. The cherry on top is the app constantly prompting you about its newest and greatest offers; every time you open it, and then a couple more times as you navigate the Ul. Why make the experience worse with every release?

The service itself is OK. I couldn’t end the rental a couple of times, but I did receive help very quickly.

Can’t login into application

I’ve set up a 2FA for my account as I was asked, but when I try to login, the application just freezes and never sends a verification code. The support does not answer me for 2 weeks, so I just can’t use an application:(

95% ok

I switched to iPhone 8 and every time I open the car, the cleanliness evaluation screen flashes for a second and disappears. It's making the experience of using Traficar less rewarding as I cannot give my feedback when the car is in bad condition.
Everything else is fine. Maybe the notifications could be improved, so that special offers are displayed just once.

Verification stuck in a loop

I have been attempting to verify my account for over three months, with more than ten verification attempts. Unfortunately, the bank verification process never completes — there is no error message, no approval, and no feedback. I even submitted a video to customer support, but after more than a week I still haven’t received any response. I would appreciate clear communication and assistance to resolve this issue, as the current process makes it impossible to use the service.

How is this even being used?

The application is awful, so many bugs, no contact with the support regarding the registration and docs acceptance. Very hard to do verification because the moment I switch screens to bank app, the application refreshes and it’s impossible to complete the identification. For this large company and the services provided I don’t really understand why the quality of the app is so poor :(

Nie da się przejść rejestracji – zdjęcie prawa jazdy, przelew bankowy, wszystko, co było wymagane, zrobiłem i nic się nie dzieje. Obsługa ignoruje prośby o pomoc. Dziękuję za zepsuty urlop. Znajomym i przyjaciołom doradziłem omijać ten serwis.

Terrible support

Service has terrible support, they hide support phone number, you have to wait for consultation more than 15 min (and pay for rent all this time). After consultant redirect you to email service and no answer for email…

Thieves and scammers

Very negative experience with Traficar. I reserved a car and the deposit was taken from my account, but the vehicle could not be opened at all. Despite being told that someone would contact me, no one reached out the entire day. The money was never returned. Dishonest and untrustworthy company – thieves and scammers.

Bad service

When creating an account I accidentally registered an account with an invalid email and linked my phone number to it
You can change your email only through the support service, which has not responded to my emails for several weeks, it's a pity that the infoline is not available to solve such issues
