We strive to provide a common hub here for our services and connections with the team. You will find information about our counseling services, available either face-to-face or via Telehealth.
We offer short and interesting workshops, and Trafmor Group is also the home of our Independent Living Program, designed for young adults facing community living challenges.
We will endeavor to help our clients to grow and develop fulfilling lives through our range of services and programs. All the team at Trafmor Group pledge to do what is best for the client by using our values of honesty, integrity, collaboration, and empathy.
