Yuck
I tried it for 30 minutes and the app couldn’t find any trails near Golden BC. Not even using the map. Then it told me I couldn’t use some feature and I couldn’t move from that page
Background refresh
Couldn’t get the app to work on any of the hikes. It kept asking for app refresh in the background and even with that turned on it wouldn’t work.
Loving this app
Much better for families and motivates me to get out and log more trails!
Looks good but is lacking trails
I think they need to hire someone to get out there and add some trails. Maybe Parks would get some influencers 🙃
Good local trail app
Really happy to use TrailCollective. I love the feature to find trails near me. Easy to record trails. If you record, make sure you “View Details” then click the 3 dots and “Add Trail” to be approved for sharing with others
Great app even if you’re a local!
Even if you’re living in your neighbourhood for many years, you can still discover new trails! This app does exactly that with great descriptions on the trails and the categories on each trail is something I’ve not seen in other apps.
Great for families
I love how this is setup to take kids adventuring. It is sometimes challenging to know what to expect with kids and this lays things out perfectly so I can prepare.
Has so much more valuable information than other apps!
As a parent this app has helped me find trails that make it easier to get outside with my son. With locations of playgrounds and whether the trail is passable with an all terrain stroller has been immensely helpful.
Valuable resource for getting kids on the trail!
This is such a great app for anyone that hikes with kids. It gives such great information such as bathroom availability, stroller friendly trails, and kid focused difficulty…all those little details that really matter when you’re out there with kids. They are constantly adding more trails and it takes so much frustration out of our hike planning!

I wish this existed 15 years ago!
When my kids were little we were constantly trying to find places to go that were stroller or strider bike accessible and we had many failed attempts! This app makes it so easy!
Great way to share family friendly hikes
As an avid hiker before having kids, hikes were easier to accomplish with minimal info. Now with littles, having information such as “stroller-friendly” is helpful in planning adventures that get the whole family outside
