App Doesn’t Work Anymore
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it got worse…and at one of the worst possible times. It could be because I had to upgrade my phone.
mostly good, one tweak for check deposit
i had a lot of trouble originally- as in, wasted hours on - mobile check deposits. the error I got was absurd, something about illegibility, if memory serves. it turned out all it needed was a larger piece of dark paper behind the check. i told the bank, hopefully they were able to share that information with other customers and/or tell the developer.

Excellent app
This app is comparable to the service you get at the CU: excellent. I’ve been a member since it was NW Gasco CU wayyy back when, like almost 40 years ago, so I’ve seen things come and go. What has never changed is their commitment to the members, and I am happy to be a member to this day. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the iPhone version (rather than the iPad version) insists on keeping outdated information and refusing to update. The iPad version is fine. It may be because I’ve recently gotten a new iPhone. Carry on, Trailhead! You guys still rule.

I’ve been with Trailhead for close to 9 years. Old town branch. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. They are very friendly, make you feel very welcome and I will not ever move banks. Thank you.

Check camera needs work
For some reason this version’s camera is much more sensitive. I had to put a black background, turn on the light in the room and flash to get it to read.
Love the new design
The old look of the old app looked very ugly and outdated, this new one is awesome. It’s clean east to navigate and helpful. I love it.
Worse than before
Good for checking your balance and transfers. Mobile deposit rarely works.

Prefer old app.
The old app you could see all your account balances quickly when you open the app. This one you have to scroll to see them. I preferred seeing everything on one screen. New app looks nice and has added security but the way information was displayed in the old app was better.
Great New Design
I was a little worried getting this new app because I called my bank and they knew very little about how this launch was going to go, but I am pleasantly surprised. I’ve looked through it and the app itself looks very clean. I’m yet to run into any issue and everything seems to connect properly, and I like that they kept the menu on the left side consistent, but the dashboard is very nice and easy to use and customize. I don’t anticipate any bugs, but we shall see. All in all, I very much like the upgrade.
