Crashes Constantly
Every single time I try to complete a transaction or transfer the app crashes in the middle of it. I have not been able to successfully get into external transfers at all. The app has not been updated in two years. Itโs nonfunctional, except to see your balance.

I would really LOVE to use this app but after creating a log in and putting correct info in it will not let me access my account ๐
Mobile deposits rarely go thru first time
And then I have to wait and talk to someone about if itโs okay to redo โฆ.. itโs not as convenient as it should be
Bank tellers
The staff at trail north have always done great by me and gone out of their way to make sure my needs are met. They deserve a raise in pay.

Love the app, times out too quickly
I love the app, but itโs difficult to flip between apps as it times out too quickly and finding myself have to re-enter my pass several times while trying to pay bills. I understand the reasoning behind it (security protection) which I appreciate, itโs just a little overkill for me to use it effectively.

TFCU Mobile on iPhone
This app works perfectly except for one issue. It seems to always alert you that youโve timed out regardless of whether you logged out of the previous session. It would be better to just go directly to log in upon opening like most similar apps do.
Not very user friendly
Was excited to find out TFCU was getting mobile app. Not now. Does not seem to be user friendly. I will continue using in hopes of likening more as I do most all my banking on line. The main website has also changed at this time and that as well is not as user friendly. Harder now to see all transactions in accounts. Bill pay is also as difficult if not more so.
