TrailScribe is the field companion for a leading Offroad App Trail Guides. Capture the trail while you drive it, then walk away with a clean, rules-ready submission package to paste into the Trail Guide contributor portal at home. TrailScribe is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to other platforms, and it does not connect to any other platforms. It runs alongside your existing tools and produces files and text you submit yourself. ON THE TRAIL • Tap record and just talk — your voice notes are transcribed to text on your device, timestamped, and pinned to where you were. • Quick prompt chips for the things guides always need: cell service, camp sites, water crossings, permits, surface, points of interest. • Records a GPS breadcrumb track as you go, so your route is captured. • Add photos from your camera or library; TrailScribe resizes them for upload and runs a live photo-rules checklist. BACK HOME • An AI assistant drafts a polished, style-compliant trail overview from your spoken notes — getting-there directions, a recommended itinerary, and a difficulty/technical write-up. • Review and edit every field, with the writing guidelines applied for you. • Export a GPX track, copy the formatted submission text, or save a printable PDF sheet with every field and your photos — your copy/paste leave-behind while you fill out the portal.
