After using this app for ages. I have just delete it as the new version is bad.

Unable to turn off the auto renew subscription
There is a button to turn off the auto renewal in app, however, it pop an error message said “fail to turn off “. Why ? Are you forcing existing users to pay ? That’s ridiculous.

Ponds located in the northern part of the New Territories are shown on three maps, Trailwatch Terrain Map, OpenCycleMap and MapBox Street, but TrailWatch HK Map are not. What is the reason?
NO plotted route
hi, i'm new to the app. i run into a problem n tried a couple different ways but nothing works. after marking both starting and ending points, the app DOES NOT plot a route for me. i also tried adding a waypoint, editing routes from other people, and as well as reinstalling, none of those works for me either. i emailed u n facebook messaged u but got no reply at all. the plotted route only occasionally shows when i zoom in and out. pls walk me thru how to solve this issue. i'm on latest version of the app, latest iphone n latest ios. could it be the route isn't shown on the topmost layer? thx for your attention.

無論網上版和apps都極不穩定，經常登入失敗，介面複雜難用，很多朋友已轉會。無為浪費時間設定好路線到頭來到達起點後開不了apps (已試過無數次)。
介面易用但好多問題
-邀請朋友對方收唔到，又無得cancel 重新invite
-長期load 唔到。記錄唔到。終於記錄到，想睇返record,但又load 唔到。用左幾星期都有呢啲問題。終於頂唔順del app再install, 部分record 無左😭
