Garbage app made worse with every update
Locked me out of online banking due to a glitch after last update for months, now it wont even load after most recent update. 99% sure they just give stuff to monkeys to program and hope they hit the right buttons..

Crash / Unresponsive
Everytime the app is used regardless of what I use it for, the app crashes, the screen freezes, and I am unable to deposit my check.
UPDATE NEEDED FOR IOS 26
The app freezes when trying to do a transfer, deposits and anything that requires a button press. Please fix the issue. I’ve already emailed Trailwest Bank and was told a patch was coming within a week and that was just after downloading IOS 26. Still no update!
App just not working
When ever I try to transfer or do anything that requires 2 button presses it just freezes and when I delete it and redownload it it still doesn’t work
Mobile deposit super slow now
My mobile deposit which are checks from in the same city now take five days to go through where they used to only take about 24 hours. I feel like they must’ve changed their mobile deposit provider or something because it’s super slow now.
Freezes on iOS 26
Constantly freezes within seconds on iOS 26. Can’t do anything for more than 10 seconds before it completely locks up.
Broker
I have used other banking apps in the past and this is by far the best. Trailwest is the best bank in town for anything, specifically small business banking.
Mobile deposit photos 👎
Photos for mobile deposit are hard to read and unclear. Takes way longer then it should for money to get to an account
New update is hard to navigate and frustrating
The most recent update is not really user friendly, especially on phones. Everything looks the exact same; funds added, funds taken out, it’s VERY hard to tell what is even going on in your accounts. The fact that days are broken up with big blocky distracting text blocks make it frustration to navigate. The previous version of this app was so much better and WAYYY easier to use. This version has way to much compacted in it. I would highly NOT! recommend the app as it is. Would rate zero stars if possible.

Would be great if I could use it
Every time I go to check anything I am prompted to log in-as expected. However my password is always incorrect then I have to make a new password and it is a continuous loop and I can never log in
Bad update
Im not a fan of the latest update. Everything is monotone and it is hard to tell if transactions are deductions to your account or not. It would be a lot better if they were color coordinated. Red with a “-“ for deductions, and green with a “+” for additions to the account.
Broker
I have used other banking apps in the past and this is by far the best. Family of Banks is the best bank in town for anything, specifically small business banking.
