It stole my money

I was playing a few months ago and I come back and now and my premium that I purchased was gone. And when I pressed the button “restore perched premium” and then it said “NO PERCHED PREMIUM FOUND.” Don’t get the premium or just don’t get the game because it stole $5.00 from me.😡😭
