Spooling never loading

I could open the app once when I first downloaded it, now it just spools and gives me an error..

Horrible customer service

I contacted their customer service 6 times through their app because you cannot buy their June and July issue due to a error issue and they never replied back. I even reached out to them on their Instagram account to no avail. Just terrible. I deleted the app and have no reason to download it again !!!
