This app does not work on my phone.
Bottom of screen hidden by red change language bar!
So many functions are not available.
Why can’t they fix the bug??

Completely useless. Impossible to purchase ticket.
The "choose language" banner at the bottom of the application makes it impossible to actually purchase a ticket. This app, like their mobile website, is garbage.

All this app does is connect you to the website for info. For that I can use google!

Screen doesn't fit so cannot access all fields. Plus it tries to make TrenItalia's website actually work. I bought this app from desperation, trying complete a purchase on my laptop browsers, no dice there either. I want my 2 bucks BACK NOW!!

This App Is Not Worth $1.99
It only works up to the point of buying your ticket and then the site freezes. Tech Support is a phantom internet site and is worthless. I now only use it for train schedules which is not worth the $1.99 investment.

Difficult to use
Not happy having paid for an app with a home screen ~half obscured by a language selection box that doesn't go away even after selecting a language. Seems to work fine if you can handle continuous scrolling to see the info that isn't obscured.

Language bar bug issue
Please fix the language selection tool. It covers half of the screen to make viewing the ticket choices difficult.
Ripoff App
This app is a wrapper of the mobile site and does not offer the features of the Italian App Store Trenitalia app. Don't waste your money, just use the website. This is not a replacement for the Trenitalia app.
Don't waste your money
The app does not work. It's unresponsive, slow, doesn't load most of the time, constantly refreshes making you need to restart and is generally difficult to navigate overall. I don't know why it costs 1.99 when the website is free and 100% better.

Apple, how did you possibly approve this crap? We trust you to be a responsible gatekeeper. This app costs $1.99 and won't even load. Utter crap. What a waste. Apple should refund the money to anyone who purchased this garbage.
