The Future of Basketball Training
There isn’t a lot to say about this app. Its your own virtual basketball trainer that gives feedback on various aspects of your game. The app was seamless, easy to understand, and the UI is nice (isn’t necessary but goes a long way). This app hasnt reached its full potential yet, and thats whats most exciting about this!

It honestly is so good, the shot detection is actually amazing. Was suprised how accurate it is. I definitely would advise if you want an extra set of eyes on your shooting, my form improved greatly!
Great app and greater support!
I had a few issues within my first day and emailed support with my concern. They were extremely fast and helpful and helped me fix my issue! It is absolutely worth it to get to improve your shot. Can’t wait for future updates!

Shot detection does not work
I’d love for this app to work but so far it has not been usable. For context, I’m running an iPhone 16 Pro with AirPods 4 and a high quality tripod setup. My experience so far with multiple attempts is the shot detection is less than 10% and the AI voice coaching has between a 10-40 second delay and that is only on about 30% if detected shots. So after about 100 shots, it gave me AI coach on about 3 shots and the feedback was things like “bend your knees more.” The concept is good but at this point I would say the app is not useful.

In middle school my shot was never the best, but ever since I downloaded this app and used it with my friend, Rohit Perumal, our shot percentage has increased ENORMOUSLY, must use app if you’re trying to get better.

I’ve been really enjoying Trainify AI so far. After just a few workouts, the audio coaching has helped me stay focused on my shooting and overall form, and the feedback feels natural and useful. The progress tracking is a nice touch because it clearly shows what I’m improving on. It’s easy to use anywhere, and while it’s not perfect yet, it’s a solid tool for anyone looking to improve their basketball skills.
