Ignored refund request
This app tricked me to subscribing and charged me $25. I never planned on using it. I did not want to use it. I don’t need this app.

The negative reviews are right and it's hilarious
I will give credit that the UI/UX is nicely thought out.
But some of the answers are just flat out wrong. It's not even subjective. One of the questions asked "How is a ELB assigned?" and the app's answer is "per EC2" and the explanation for the answer is "per EC2". First, the answer is wrong, you assign ELBs at a Target Group level not per EC2. Second, the explanation doesn't even explain anything 😂 it just repeats the answer.
There's more than one of these types of questions and answers. Sometimes they'll paste a snippet explaining a completely different service, link the wrong article, or just give a high level description of one service when the question is focused on integrating multiple services. You can try to contact support but it seems this functionality has been broken for a very long time according to other reviews - this app has possibly been abandoned.
This app does have potential but some of the content itself needs to be proofread and revised.

Not really a study app
The app in general is not bad but it is only focus on quizzes (at least in the free tier) and does not allow you to access any reading material.
Not the most well crafted questions.Needs QA
So at this time, not sure I can recommend for the price.
Some questions, the explanation is not well crafted or some questions have sentence fragments in the reasoning.
Seems a month membership might last a little longer than a month, which could be nice.
For the price of 25ish a month, I’d want to have some post subscription access; especially if I get close to paying the 99 dollar lifetime access.

No support for Machine Learning
This was a great app a few years ago, and I used it to pass my Cloud Practitioner exam. However, since then I’ve tried to use it for the Machine Learning Specialty, and the answers are frequently wrong (and/or explanations don’t match the answers), graphs don’t work, and the reporting/feedback mechanism no longer seems to work. I’ve tried to email them about all of the bugs, but still received no response. Very sad, but not worth the subscription anymore.

Answers are just plain wrong
Multiple questions have the wrong answer. Several grammatical errors etc. I started using this right before I took my test. (Solution Architect Associate). This app destroyed my confidence. However I passed the test with really high scores. I was scoring 30-40% on tests within this app. I went back and looked, this app had along of wrong answers.

Good but includes several inaccurate answers
Overall this app provides a lot of value. But for every 30 question test I would say that 3 to 5 answers are either wrong or are highly subjective. This wouldn’t be a huge issue if the method to report these questions hasn’t been broken for months..
On iOS, the ability to provide feedback for the questions as been broken for as long as I have been using this application.

Noticed few 🐞
- when answer is wrong it highlights options that I haven’t selected before. Observed very often.
- Stats dashboard is not working. Shows some wrong data.

Wrong answers
Just took a test after I spent $100 on this and there are two test questions in the same 30 question bank of questions. The questions are written, almost identical, and they have exact opposite answers. Complete waste of money.
A lot of errors
I have signaled several errors like explanations totally out of context many times without getting any feedback. For a chargeable service it is not acceptable.
Too many wrong answers
The root user is not the only user that can access the AWS management console. Other users must be configured but they can access it once they are configured.
I have encountered far too many wrong answers in this app. Practice tests should instill confidence. Mine is shattered now thanks to this shoddy application.

Lots of typos and spelling mistakes
Lots of typos when naming Amazon services. Especially acronyms that are actually services.
Questions were not helpful
Just took my certification and I did not find the practice questions in the app helpful in passing the exam for Developer Associate. I would not recommend the app.
I did it!
Study every day for 30 days. Taking quizzes and understanding AWS you will pass exam. Great tool ti help study for exam!! Highly recommend!!
Poor quality content
Enough of the questions on the DevOps Pro material were so poorly written that I finally canceled the app after months of wasting $25/mo. I deeply regret spending so much on this app, though many of the questions were useful - just overpriced for the quality. I perhaps should have gotten the lifetime option but now too late.
