JasD is a knowledgeable personal trainer in the South Jersey area. With degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, JasD has given me informed physical training and nutrition expertise. He has been my personal trainer for over a year now and I’ve seen great physical results. In addition, my confidence has gone through the roof.
