I am so happy to have found this app! As an instructor I appreciate the convenience of having an app on my phone that I can use to manage my schedule and keep track of payments. This app is amazing! I was skeptical about paying for an app when I could keep track of attendance and payments in my scheduling journal. However, it is so much easier using this app to see an individual student’s status and to see my available hours at a glance when I’m trying to schedule a new student. I like the newest feature, too, that allows export of payment information that helps me keep track of income for budgeting purposes. Great app! I highly recommend it!

This app changed my life!
I love it! I can't do my tutoring without it. The app itself is very intuitive and it makes scheduling and payments easy for me. I can quickly see my weekly schedule and how much I've made in the current month or previous month. I can also see the attendance status so I know exactly what my tasks are each time I use the app. It's awesome.

Simplified my business
I love Trakist because it makes my job easier. It helps me keep track of my students’ schedules, attendance, cancellations, invoices and payments. The user interface is also very easy to use. I love how I can quickly take attendance with just a swipe and it calculates everything for me! It’s an excellent way to manage my business including student progress.
