About
Trakko counts your student-job, flexi-job and extra hours, works out what you will really get, and warns you before you cross a legal limit.
Two taps to log a shift
Start the timer when you begin, stop it when you finish, answer the question about the break. Or add a past shift in two taps. “Same as last time” copies your usual shift onto today.
Link your calendar, no more double entry
Trakko reads your phone calendar. Google Calendar, the iCloud calendar, Outlook and the rest are already synced there: no account to connect, no password to hand over, no Google permission to grant. You turn on “Link my calendar” once, Trakko offers you the new slots and you add them in one tap. Only the ones you add become shifts: the rest of your calendar is not copied, not sent, not stored.
What it actually pays
Gross and estimated net under Belgian rules: 2.71 % on a student contract, 0 % on a flexi-job, 13.07 % beyond the quota or on a regular contract. Sunday, night and public holiday premiums, hospitality supplements in euros per hour, minimum wage checked for your age.
Five legal gauges, with a forecast
The 650-hour student quota, the flexi cap, child benefit according to your region, the threshold to stay a dependant of your parents, the health-insurance cap. Trakko tells you “at this pace you reach the cap around 14 November” before it is too late.
Your rate: net or gross, your call
Your employer said 14 € an hour? Enter that figure as is: Trakko works out the gross for your status. Not sure? Tick “roughly”. If they round to the quarter hour, you say so once: every ticket shows hours worked and hours paid. Tips, trial days and cancelled shifts are logged too, in one tap.

On a job’s page, you can turn off “Count this job in my gauges”: the job stays in your weeks, tickets and summary without touching your gauges. Your tips stay out of your gauges unless you choose “Count my tips”. Place alerts: the question comes three minutes after you arrive. Smarter reminders: nothing at night for a forgotten timer, and fewer notifications when you don’t answer.
